About these terms
These terms govern your use of floresclean.com and any cleaning service you book with Flores Clean(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
What we do
We provide commercial cleaning services across Hamilton, ON and the surrounding Golden Horseshoe. Specific services, frequencies, and pricing are agreed separately in a written service agreement or quote acceptance.
Quote requests are not contracts
Submitting our quote-request form starts a conversation; it does not create a service contract. A binding agreement only exists once we have provided a written quote and you have accepted it (by email, signature, or other clear confirmation). Until then, either party can walk away without obligation.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is set in your accepted quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
- Invoices are due within 15 days of issue.
- Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually).
- Recurring service is invoiced monthly unless agreed otherwise.
- One-time and project work may require a deposit before scheduling.
We accept e-transfer, cheque, and credit card. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST unless stated.
Scheduling and cancellation
We need reasonable notice to adjust crews and routes:
- Recurring service: 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or skip a visit without charge.
- One-time and project work: 72 hours’ notice; the deposit may be retained if cancelled later.
- Either party may terminate a recurring contract with 30 days’ written notice.
Access to your premises
You agree to provide our crews with the access necessary to perform the work (keys, fobs, codes, parking, freight elevator booking, etc.). If we arrive at a scheduled visit and cannot get in, we may charge a trip fee equal to the value of the missed visit.
Insurance and liability
We carry commercial general liability insurance and are WSIB compliant. Certificates are available on request before service begins.
We take reasonable care to protect your property. If our crew causes damage, report it within 48 hours so we can investigate and, where appropriate, repair or replace the damaged item or pay through our insurer.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses.
Confidentiality
Our crews are instructed not to read, photograph, or remove anything they encounter during cleaning. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before service starts at sensitive facilities (medical, legal, financial, production sets).
Website use
The content on this website (text, images, design) is owned by Flores Clean or licensed to us. You may browse and share links to the site freely. Do not copy or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our business changes. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
