Owner Mazin Kulom has run commercial cleaning crews in Hamilton since 2005, incorporated as Flores Clean in 2019. BBB A+ accredited, three consecutive Consumer’s Choice Awards (2023, 2024, 2025), $10M insured and WSIB-cleared — the same trained crews on every contract across the Golden Horseshoe.
From day one the mission has been the same: treat every space like the people inside it matter. Every corner, every surface, every satisfied client is the foundation we build on. That’s why the owner is still on the floor.
“Clean is the foundation. Excellence is what we build on it.”
Hamilton is the city we work in and the city we live in. The work we do for it on our own time matters as much as the contracts we sign.
We sent a crew out for the day along Hamilton Beach to clear garbage, debris, and washed-up plastic from the shoreline. No client invoice, no PR push — just the crew on the sand cleaning a stretch of shoreline that the city shares.
Coordinated a comfort bear drive for kids going through hospital stays in the Hamilton area.
Pro-bono cleans for community centres and shared spaces around Hamilton when the budget isn't there but the need is.
Same trained crews on every contract. Hired slow, kept long.
