Most office cleaning runs between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. You issue us a fob, key, or a unique alarm code — never a shared staff code — and the same two or three bonded cleaners use it every visit, so your alarm log shows the same names, not a rotating cast. Arming the system and checking the door is the last item on our sheet, not an assumption. We carry $10M commercial general liability; your property manager gets the COI on request.

We work to a clear-desk rule: exposed desk surface, monitor arms, and chair backs get wiped; papers, keyboards, and anything resting on a document stay exactly where they are. We never stack, move, or 'tidy' paperwork — in legal and accounting suites that's a confidentiality problem, not a courtesy. If you want keyboards and desk phones disinfected, we add it as a listed line item so staff know it's coming. NDAs signed on request.

Your staff walk in at 8 a.m., and a strong 'fresh' smell at 8 a.m. is product residue still hanging in the air — exactly what scent-free workplace policies exist to prevent. We use unscented neutral cleaners and low-odour disinfectants, all WHMIS-labelled, and we'll hand your JHSC or building manager the SDS sheets before the first visit.
