Storefront ground level: about $1–$5 per pane. Low-rise (3–4 storeys, water-fed pole): typically priced as a project — for example, 150 windows in/out on a 4-storey building runs around $2,500–$3,000. Recurring contracts (multi-building, scheduled frequency) get 15–20% off one-off rates.
Storefront retail and restaurants: weekly to monthly. Office buildings: quarterly to twice-yearly inside, twice-yearly outside. Hamilton bayfront and heavy-traffic corridors get more aggressive — bayfront airborne particulate sticks faster than suburban locations, so quarterly outside is reasonable.
Yes — water-fed pole systems reach about 70 ft (4–5 storeys) from the ground. Pure deionized water leaves a streak-free dry without detergent. Anything above 5 storeys is bosun chair, swing stage, or rope access — separate certifications and we’d refer or coordinate.
Interior windows year-round. Exterior pure-water systems work in moderate cold, but below about -5°C the water freezes on glass and we shut down. Most exterior recurring scopes run April–November in Hamilton with mid-winter exceptions on mild stretches. Bayfront wind also shortens the work window.
Yes — fully insured, WSIB-compliant, with Working at Heights certification per Ontario MOL for any pole or elevated work. COI on request. Most property managers ask for these on file before scheduling — we send them the same day.
