What We Do

What is industrial & warehouse?

Industrial and warehouse environments face unique cleaning challenges — heavy traffic, large open spaces, specialised equipment, and dust accumulation from materials handling or production processes. Our industrial cleaning services support facilities across manufacturing zones, distribution corridors, and warehouse districts. We maintain safety, improve efficiency, and create a healthier workplace for staff and visitors. Inspired by industry best practices, we tailor cleaning solutions to your facility size, operations, and compliance needs to deliver dependable results every time.

Concrete floors first — a ride-on sweeper for dry debris, then an auto-scrubber wet pass down the main aisles. After that: dock plates and levellers, tire marks in forklift lanes, racking faces to about eight feet, spill-station and eyewash checks, and washrooms and lunchrooms. High steel — beams, lights, sprinkler heads — is a separate lift job we schedule into shutdowns, not part of a routine visit.
Yes — that's most of the job in a working plant. We coordinate routes with your shift supervisor so crews never cross a live forklift lane: cones and wet-floor signage on every scrubber pass, high-vis and CSA footwear on every cleaner, and scrubbing sequenced aisle by aisle so pickers keep moving. In 24/7 facilities we time washroom and lunchroom service to break rotations instead of claiming a full closure window.
A ride-on sweeper handles the dry pickup, then a ride-on auto-scrubber does the wet pass — on open concrete that's roughly 25,000–35,000 sq ft an hour; congested pick aisles get a walk-behind unit instead. Tire marks and hydraulic drips in dock lanes get a degreaser with a 5–10 minute dwell before scrubbing. For rack and beam dust we use HEPA vacuums, never blowers — blowing dust onto stored product just moves the problem.
Yes. Every cleaner on an industrial site is WHMIS-trained, works in high-vis with CSA footwear, and is backed by our WSIB clearance, bonding, and $10M Commercial General Liability. We're lockout-aware by policy: we clean around machinery, never on or inside it — de-energizing equipment stays with your maintenance team. Crews doing racking or beam work hold Working at Heights certification per Ontario MOL, and we complete your site-specific orientation before the first shift.
From scissor lifts and articulating booms, working top-down with HEPA vacuums so dust comes off the steel instead of raining onto inventory. We section by rack aisle and only need that aisle blocked off, not the building. Where combustible dust is present — woodworking, grain, some metal processes — we switch to NFPA-rated vacuums. Sprinkler heads and light fixtures get vacuumed too; dust-caked heads are a common insurance-inspection flag.
We walk the floor with you and measure what actually drives the price: open square footage versus racked aisles, floor condition (bare, sealed, or line-marked concrete), dock door count, dust load on the steel, washroom and lunchroom counts, and what cleaning windows your shift pattern leaves us. If you run cold storage or have combustible dust, say so — both change the equipment list. Written quote within one business day of the walkthrough.
Yes — we're reachable 24/7 and a real person reads every message, so a pallet of product split at receiving doesn't wait for the next scheduled visit. Routine spill response covers oil and hydraulic absorbent, degreasing, and a scrub-and-dry so the lane reopens safely. What we don't do is chemical-spill remediation — anything WHMIS-classified beyond standard cleaning chemistry goes to a hazmat contractor, and we'll tell you that up front.
