Who we are

Flores Clean(“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a commercial cleaning company based in Hamilton, ON. This policy explains what information we collect through floresclean.com, how we use it, and how you can ask us to change or remove it.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly through our contact and quote-request forms:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service you’re asking about
• Any details you write in the message field (square footage, requirements, scheduling notes)

We also collect basic technical information automatically through our website analytics: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location. This helps us understand how the site is being used and improve it.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Reply to your quote request or message
• Schedule a cleaning service if you book one
• Follow up about ongoing or recurring service
• Send invoices and service-related communication

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers we use

To run the website and respond to inquiries, we use a small number of trusted third-party services. Each handles a specific piece of our operations:

• Resend delivers the email when you submit a contact form, so we receive your message at our inbox.
• Mapbox renders the map shown on our contact page. Mapbox sees your IP address when the map loads.
• Vercel hosts the website and serves pages to your browser.
• Google Analytics aggregates anonymous traffic data so we can see which pages are useful.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and data-protection terms.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Some are required for the site to function (e.g. remembering your form input as you type). Others are set by Google Analytics to count visits. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may be limited.

How long we keep your information

Form submissions arrive in our email inbox and stay there until they’re manually archived. We do not maintain a separate customer database at this time. If you become a client, we may keep service records (job dates, invoices) for tax and business-record reasons, typically for seven years as required by Canadian tax authorities.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need
• Withdraw consent to receive non-essential communication

Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires us to get your express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages. Every commercial email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information: HTTPS for all site traffic, rate-limited form submissions to deter abuse, and limited access to our email inbox. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information seriously and review our practices regularly.
