If something goes wrong
Every visit is covered by our $10 million commercial general liability policy. Tell us what happened and we will work directly with our insurer — you do not file through your own coverage. Most claims are resolved within 14 business days.
Every Flores team member is bonded and CPIC-screened, so missing items are extremely rare. If something does go missing, contact us immediately. Our employee bond covers the loss and protects you without you needing to use your own homeowner's policy.
If a cleaner is delayed or unable to attend, our office reschedules at the next available slot at no charge. You can always escalate by calling us directly during business hours.
Our 24-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee covers it. If anything falls short, we return at no cost to make it right. No paperwork, no questions.

We carry hypoallergenic and Asthma & Allergy friendly product lines on request, and we supply Safety Data Sheets to commercial clients on request. Tell us about sensitivities at booking and we will match the right kit to your space.
